• Payment proof: if you upload a payment receipt/screenshot, we store it to confirm your payment.
• Usage info: basic browsing data (pages viewed, browser type) collected automatically, the way most websites do.

2. How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders, and to send order/payment confirmation emails and WhatsApp messages.
• To let you save notes to your account and view your order history.
• To improve our content and site based on what people actually read and buy.
• To contact you about your order or account if needed — we won't spam you with unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information to third parties. We don't share your data with anyone except the minimum needed to run the site (e.g. our email-sending provider, or payment platforms you choose like PayPal).

4. Payment security

We don't store your card, UPI PIN, or PayPal password — payments happen directly on WhatsApp (UPI) or PayPal's own secure platform. Screenshots you upload as payment proof are stored securely and only used to verify your order.

We use basic session cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart — nothing invasive, no third-party ad tracking.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to update or delete your account data any time — just message us on WhatsApp with your registered email and we'll action it within a reasonable time, subject to any records we're legally required to keep (like order/payment history).
